Description

The Work which shall consist of drilling and developing for Gateway Core Equity, Ltd for the benefit of Gateway MUD No.1 Water Well No. 1 and No. 2. The Project includes all Site work necessary for well construction, including but not necessarily limited to clearing and grubbing and brush disposal; grading; and drainage ditching. Each well shall be suitable in all regards for use as a public water supply. The wells shall conform to all regulatory requirements for such facilities. The wells shall be constructed and completed in accordance with the provisions of AWWA A-100-20 or latest version and the specifications included herein. Project name is Gateway Core Equity, Ltd., a Texas Limited Partnership for the benefit of Gateway MUD No. 1 Water Well No. 1 & 2 Project.
