RFP Burglar Alarm System Monitoring Services and Repairs

Question Deadline 06/05/2023 at 11:00 AM CT Professional Burglar Alarm systems monitoring and repairs services for the facilities occupied by the Court; these facilities are the Circuit Clerk, 710 N. Tucker, St. Louis, Mo 63101 and Civil Courts Judicial Circuit, Circuit Clerk Cashiers Office, 10 N. Tucker, St. Louis, MO 63101. System Monitoring The Contractor is to provide a UL Remote Station Monitoring Center twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week every day per year for all facilities. This is to include monitoring of alarm system for alarms, trouble or supervisory signals and notification of proper authorities. Alarm monitoring shall be provided for the Circuit Clerk's existing Security Systems (burglar and burglar/fire) at two locations. Monitoring service shall include the recording of all events including alarm reports, open and close reports, test reports and trouble reports. Billing and Payment Monitoring: Billing for monitoring services at each location is to be submitted quarterly. Repairs Contractor shall provide per call on-site repairs of burglar alarm system equipment, at an hourly rate. No minimum charge, fuel charge, etc. arc to be added to the hourly rate. Any over-time is to be approved in advance by Circuit Clerk Representative. Please note, subscriber is not obligated to call contract holder for per call service.
