Description The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, design and construction administration services the installation of a new roofing system. Inspect and replace all existing roof drains. Install new metal flashings and counter flashings. Replace current masonry coping with new metal coping. Install walk pads to rooftop equipment. Provide new mechanically fastened rigid tapered insulation system on flat roof decks, sloped to existing drain locations, for all new membrane roofing systems.
