Description

To stabilize the foundation and install a moisture barrier system at the property located at 401 Georgia Ave. Woodbine, Ga. 31569. The scope of work includes: site preparation, sister the existing joists, install supplemental beams and a floor stabilizing/lifting system to adequately support and lift the floor back to grade, install a moisture barrier system, and remove any construction debris. The moisture barrier system will contain, at a minimum, approx. 1500 sqft of CleanSpace material, approx. 1500 sqft of drainage matting, an access door, seal current crawl space vents, 1 SmartSump, and 1 SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier or equivalent.
