City Hall and Building Campuses Landscape Maintenance

landscape maintenance and litter services for our City Hall and Building Campuses. These City campuses have been identified as requiring special attention in order the maintain the aesthetics and functionality of their event spaces, such as concerts, festivals, Spring Training games, etc. The staff and crew assigned to manage the landscape at City Hall and Building Campus es are expected to be knowledgeable and well trained in horticultural practices as expectations are high. These are not areas conducive for training new staff on industry basics. The Contractor is to furnish all supervision, labor, material, equipment, tools, chemicals, transportation, and all effort necessary to maintain the Building Campuses in accordance with the City’s goals. Describe d in the pages to follow is a general outline of the type of work to be performed under this contract and the minimum acceptable standards of performance.
