District Wide Video Surveillance Upgrades

Supply new S2 NetVR server hardware with Redundant Power Supplies at each facility to include 3-year Hardware warranty and 5-year S2-SUSP. Provide pricing for extended Hardware warranty for 5-years. S2 NetVR models 700 and 750 with minimum storage specified as listed per each school or facility no exceptions. Cisco cameras will be 12 FPS 100% recording (no motion recording available), Minimum 30-day video retention with 24/7 recording. New Cameras will be 12 FPS at 50% activity interior and 80% activity exterior motion recording, Minimum 30-day video retention with 24/7 recording. System must integrate with existing S2 Access Control NetBox and all doors with cameras tied to the S2 map and programmed for events/alarms mapping and camera linking as directed by CISD on camera required for events. System will use the S2 Magic Monitor as the video and S2 access control monitoring tool. All Maps will be used with Magic monitor for door and camera linking, viewing, video management into a single user interface. Magic Monitor will be for both live viewing, forensic searching and video exporting. Install Magic Monitor software on all PC’s required for each campus or facility as directed by CISD. The Elementary and Middle school campuses will require up to 4 users per school, the High Schools up to 6 and District Wide Administration and support staff computers.
