Town Of Essex Water Treatment Plant Renovations

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goals are applicable to the total dollars paid to the construction contract. The goals for this project are a minimum of 4.2 percent D/MBE participation and 4.5 percent D/WBE participation by certified DBEs. The project involves the renovation of the Essex Water Treatment Plant including replacement of existing flocculation and sludge collection equipment, finished water and sludge pumps, chemical metering systems, selecting process instrumentation, control system, HVAC items, and three safety showers. All Bids must be accompanied by a copy of their Certificate of Eligibility issued by DCAMM. The Certificate of Eligibility shall be for the category of Sewage and Water Treatment Plants. An Update Statement form covering the period from the date of the Bidders most recently filed Contractor Qualification Statement (CQS) to the Bid date shall also be submitted with the bid.
