| Description | Sealed bids will be received by Lake Township Trustees for the following road improvements: 15,000 gallons MC 3000 (more or less) and 3,000 gallons MC 70 (more or less). Included in the oil bid, a price for hauling, from a local gravel pit, to various Lake Township roads, spreading, and rolling the stone on various Lake Township roads. All spreading shall be done by self-propelled chip spreader which must reach at least 18 foot in one pass and rolled with a rubber tire roller. Bidders shall state chip spreaders maximum spreading width. All materials must meet state specifications. The bid shall be for all necessary certificates (liability & accident) insurance and labor at prevailing wage rates. The Lake Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bid (s), to waive any in-formalities or irregularities in the bids received and to determine the lowest and best bid.
