2023 Tennis Court Surfacing Rehabilitation The Racket Club

The contract will be awarded at a Board Meeting of the Park Board of Commissioners on November 17th, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. For questions regarding the project or to visit the Racket Club Facility, contact Claire Naughton, Manager of Recreation Facilities of the Crystal Lake Park District at cnaughton@ crystallakeparks.org The scope of work involves furnishing all of the required labor, materials, equipment, implements, parts and supplies necessary for, or appurtenant to demolition, repairs and installation of new outdoor tennis court surfacing, fencing and drainage in accordance with the documents prepared by Fred Kolkmann Tennis & Sport Surfaces, LLC dated September 28, 2022 and any authorized change orders which have been signed by both parties. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS - All proposals must be accompanied by a Bidder-s Bond, a Certified Check, Cashier-s Check or Bank Draft for 10% (ten percent) of the total bid made payable to the Crystal Lake Park District. Bid Breakout Form shall accompany the bid proposal in its entirety. Each bid shall also include three (3) references of clients for which similar work was performed, listing the name, address and telephone number of the client, a description of the work, and the construction cost. ILLINOIS PREVAILING WAGE ACT - All contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). REJECTION OF BIDS - The Crystal Lake Park District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities.
