Description

Under this contract the successful vendor shall furnish and deliver an odor control product for use by the Water Pollution Control Division of the Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas at 50 Market Street and 2443 S. 88th Street, Kansas City, Kansas a performance bond, if required, in the total amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the proposal amount. The Unified Government reserves the right without contest or reject any proposals or alternate proposals Vendor(s) offering a proposal shall be qualified to provide technical assistance in the application of their product. The vendor(s) shall be a recognized odor control manufacturer or manufacturer representative, whose proposal complies with all the provisions of the specifications. Provide an aqueous product that will provide site wide odor control of the Biosolids at the Kaw Point and Plant 20 Treatment Facility. The odors must be controlled throughout the Biosolids process, holding tanks, centrifuge or belt press area, transportation and at disposal. Utilize odor neutralizers, not masking agents. Cannot contain any toxins. Cannot contain any VOC's. Cannot be considered corrosive. Must be safe for staff to handle and for the environment.
