RFP Construction Manager at Risk - NDSP Effluent Reuse Facility (ERF) Improvements CMAR

Cass Rural Water District (CRWD) of Kindred, North Dakota is seeking a qualified CMAR to provide Preconstruction and Construction Phase services for the NDSP ERF Improvements project. Preconstruction phase services related to this Project are anticipated to begin in September 2022 and following successful Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) negotiations, CRWD intends to enter into a construction phase services agreement with the same CMAR for the complete construction for the Project. This Project addresses the new infrastructure to be constructed to provide reverse osmosis (RO) permeate water supply to the North Dakota Soybean Processors, LLC (NDSP) outside of the City of Casselton, ND. The finalized treatment process train for implementation is intended to be selected once the CMAR begins their preconstruction phase services. The NDSP ERF Improvements will be constructed on the existing City of Fargo, ND Regional Water Reclamation Facility (RWRF) site located at 3400 N. Broadway, Fargo, ND 58102. The current estimated construction cost for the Project is approximately $13M to $14.5M. Substantial Completion of the Project is anticipated to be on June 1, 2024 with Final Completion to follow in August 2024.
