Parking Additions at City Hall and Legacy Park

**As of September 16, 2022, due to the bids received the Legacy Park lot portion of this project will not be awarded at this time.** The City of Cottleville ("City") is soliciting Requests for Proposals from qualified Contractors for the construction of additional asphalt parking lots around City Hall and in Legacy Park. The project consists of approximately 8730 square yards of new asphalt parking lot, 419 square yards of concrete sidewalk, and the installation of new storm sewers ("Project") as shown on Exhibit B. Any questions concerning this RFP may be submitted via phone conversation or in writing via mail, or email, on or before July 29, 2022 to: : Leland Maize, Assistant City Engineer leland.maize@cityofcottleville.com City Hall West Lot This project will consist of: -The construction of a 1696 square yard asphalt parking lot. -The construction of 339 square yards of concrete sidewalk. -The installation of 48 linear feet of 15” reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) and 185 linear feet of 18 inch RCP. In addition, the installation of 1 precast curb inlet, 2 precast area inlets, and 1 precast storm manhole with a 48 inch diameter base. -The construction of 442 square feet of modular block retaining wall. On top of the retaining wall is 45 linear feet of split rail fence. -The construction of 96 linear feet of 6 inch concrete curb -Bringing in approximately 2074 cubic yards of clean fill. City Hall East Lot A This project will consist of: -The construction of a 214 square yard asphalt parking lot. -The construction of 80 square yards of concrete sidewalk. -The installation of 3 inch PVC electrical conduit with pull string. -Removing approximately 70 cubic yards of material. City Hall East Lot B This project will consist of: -The construction of 398 square yards of asphalt parking lot. -Removing approximately 115 cubic yards of material. Legacy Park Lot The project will consist of: -The construction of 1274 square yards of asphalt parking lot. -The construction of 112 square yards of 6 inch concrete apron. -The construction of a headwall. -Removing approximately 375 cubic yards of material.
