| Description | A. All spillage shall be contained in the generalized area with a normal wash down performed. The Contractor shall perform a flow rate test and have a camera onsite if needed to verify the line is clear of stoppage. The Contractor shall provide their own tarp, buckets, and any other necessary supplies to complete the services. Contaminated areas shall be cleaned/wiped down and neutralized with a disinfectant cleaner. B. Additional Services may include, but will not be limited to: pulling of and resetting plumbing fixtures including water closets, urinals and the replacement or installation of clean adaptors and two ways. All fixtures shall be reinstalled in a safe, professional, and timely manner. |
