Heat Treat Furnace

The Contractor shall provide personnel, software, and parts to perform the following heat control system upgrades on the Accutherm Model BHA-364848-982 furnace: 1) Provide an updated furnace control panel with the following features: a. Software that can record the furnace cycles and temperatures on a 7 to 15 inch HMI touch screen. b. The software must include an EasyConverter application that is used to view data log files and event log files that are created by the HMI during operation. c. The EasyConverter application must be able to take a data or event log file and convert it into a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file that can be easily imported into other applications such as Microsoft Excel. d. The software must include data log files that are files the HMI creates when capturing data using the data sampling object. e. The software must include event log files that are history files the HMI creates when using the event (alarm) log object. 2) Replace the existing transformer with an 80 KVA or greater transformer. 3) Provide all of the parts required to assemble and integrate the updated panel and transformer on the Accutherm Model BHA-364848-982 furnace. 4) Install the updated furnace control panel and transformer on the Accutherm Model BHA-364848-982 furnace. 5) Conduct a functional test after upgraded panel and transformer installation to ensure proper operation. The test shall simulate normal operating conditions and shall be required to maintain no less than a specified amount of degrees Fahrenheit. The Contractor will be responsible for providing labor and needed parts to perform the upgrades.
