Furnish and Delivery of Chemicals to JCC1 Facility

The contractor shall be thoroughly acquainted with the site for the proposed bid to fully understand the facilities, difficulties, and restrictions to the execution of the bid. The contractor will not be allowed additional compensation for failure to be so informed. This is not a contract for a one-time shipment of chemicals. Throughout the terms of the contract, TRWD will place individual orders for different quantities of the chemicals listed on the bid form as needed. The contractor shall be responsible for the product until it is unloaded at TRWD. Any containers that are damaged or spilled in transit shall be the responsibility of the vendor and will be returned. All delivery containers must meet industry standards, be airtight with tight closing lids (fill caps), and be clearly labeled as to the contents. All material safety data sheets must be included with deliveries along with a copy of the NSF Certification. Size of the salt tank - 42 tons each. Only allowed to fill up to 25 tons per manufactures recommendations Size of Ammonium Sulfate Tank - 1ea that holds 7638 gallons The deadline to ask questions is 2/13/2023 4:30 PM CST
