Description

Set Aside: HUBZone. Full-depth reconstruction of asphalt, concrete, pavement, and associated sidewalks with drainage for Arnold Avenue. The project performance is anticipated 90 calendar days. The project will include, but is not limited to demolition and hauling of existing pavement, site preparation, grading, compacting sub-grade, four inch Hot Mix Asphalt pavement, eight inch base course, testing, drainage, and pavement markings in accordance with applicable standards for roadway construction. The identified risk is limited availability of competitive asphalt contractors within the local area.
