Description

1.1. Furnishing and hauling 400 tons of ASTM C33 fine aggregate to the Navajo Dam Maintenance Facility at Navajo Dam, New Mexico. Gradation requirements are listed in section 4.2 Requirements. 1.2. Furnishing and hauling 400 tons of ASTM D448 (#467, #57, or #67) drain material to the Navajo Dam Maintenance Facility at Navajo Dam, New Mexico. The drain material will be 400 tons of either #467, #57, or #67. Gradation requirements are listed in section 4.2 Requirements. 1.3. Relocate a stockpile of spoil fill from a recent rain event. The spoil stockpile shall be moved and spread to another location at the Navajo Dam Facility. The spoils stockpile is approximately 4,340 tons (3,100 yds3). See Section 5 for the Navajo Dam Facility maps with the spoil stockpile location and the new haul location. Vendors must provide a lump sum price based on the government’s estimate of 4,340 tons and is responsible for verification of amount prior to bidding. 1.4. Supply and deliver 210 freestanding middle concrete precast blocks to the Navajo Dam Facility. 1.4.1. The middle concrete blocks need to be compatible with the existing freestanding blocks at the Navajo Dam Facility. The bottom of the existing blocks has a way to interlock with top blocks shear knobs. See Section 5. 1.4.2. The existing middle concrete blocks have a limestone gray finish. See Section 5 for pictures and dimensions of the current blocks. 1.4.3. Lifting device shall be provided on the center and sides of the blocks. 1.5. All work and delivery of materials shall occur prior to November 15, 2020.
