| Description | Furnish and Install of Make Up Air Unit at Bridges of Poplar Creek Mobilization of all equipment and tools to the job site. Locate all existing utilities and notify owner of any disconnects that would be needed. Evacuate refrigerant from existing units according to EPA guidelines. Isolate and disconnect existing REZNOR make up unit. Demo and remove existing make up air unit and curb from rooftop and leave on site for the owner to discard. Furnish and install new makeup air unit that matches existing BTU's and CFM (same size), connecting all piping and drainage to the unit. Connect new unit to existing electrical and existing condenser units (2). Perform Startup of new units and existing units, test and verify operations. |
