Citizens Service Center Public Health Remodel

Scope of Work: 1. To remove the wall separating Conference Room 2432 and Conference Room 2431 on the 2nd floor of CSC. 2. The door from Conference Room 2432 will be relocated next to the column in Room 2431. 3. The ceiling system from 2431 will be reworked to blend into the existing system in Room 2432. 4. It will also include converting Room 2423 from a storage room to an office and Room 2424 from a mail/copy room into an office. 5. In room 2423, the door will be relocated to provide access to the room from 2422 instead of the hallway. 6. New power and data as well as HVAC requirements will need to be added to these rooms. While the Conference Room 2435 will remain the same configuration, the air distribution will be rebalanced to eliminate the uncomfortable cold temperatures. 7. The doors to Rooms 2555 and 2556 will be reworked to allow both rooms separate entrances from the corridor. The Finish will be to match existing. 8. Tile will be removed, and carpet installed in Rooms 2424 and 2556. 9. Minor modifications to the lighting and mechanical system. 10. El Paso County will be responsible for data cable runs and termination. 11. Demolition materials may be utilized to complete project on time if deliverables are delayed and interfere with completion date.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
