Northern Lakeport Area - Sewers Project

**As of November 16, 2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded likely in December ** The owner shall provide to bidders prior to bidding, all information which is pertinent to, and delineates and describes, the land owned and rights-of-way acquired or to be acquired. Work performed on this project shall be subject to inspection by representatives of the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES). Such inspection shall in no sense make the State Government a party to this contract, unless said Government is also the Owner, and will in no way interfere with the rights of either party hereunder. The Contractor shall not (except after written consent from the Owner) enter or occupy with men, tools, materials, or equipment, any land outside the rights-of-way or property of the Owner. A copy of the written consent shall be given to the Engineer. The Owner shall provide to the Contractor information which delineates and describes the lands owned and the rights-of-way acquired. he successful Bidder must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds and will be required to execute the Contract Agreement within 10 days following notification of the acceptance of their Bid. The OWNER may waive any informalities or minor defects or reject any and all BIDS. Any BID may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of BIDS or authorized postponement thereof. Any BID received after the time and date specified shall not be considered.
