Sunland Gin Road Project

Pinal County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide roadway improvements for the Sunland Gin Roadway Corridor. The proposed improvements span 1.6 miles along Sunland Gin Road include roadway widening improvements to 36 feet from face curb to face of curb, fully replacing the pavement from Monaco Boulevard to Santa Cruz, followed by Mill and Overlay to the north up to Battaglia Drive. The project also includes the installation of 8-foot sidewalk on the west side of the road, new scuppers, curb cuts, culverts, and retention basins along the roadway. The area of the improvements is within the right-of-way and encompasses approximately 25 acres. The right-of-way is consistently 130’ wide along the entire span of the improvements.
