Tennis Court Improvements for the Village of Gloria Glens Park

The project is expected to be awarded at the end of the week.**  The work for which Bids are invited consists of the furnishing of all materials and labor for resurfacing and improvements to the tennis courts, including the removal and replacement of existing 10' fence and existing tennis court nets and posts. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the Project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of the project. Additionally, contractor compliance with equal opportunity requirements of the Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 of the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Medina County and the Village of Gloria Glens, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division (614) 644-2239. The right is reserved by the Council of Village of Gloria Glens Park to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities or to accept any Bid which is deemed favorable to the Village of Gloria Glens Park. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening ofBids may not be answered. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
