With over 220K active accounts, SECO Energy is the third largest electric cooperative in Florida and the seventh largest in the entire United States. The service territory covers 2,000 square miles. SECO Energy performs the annual painting of area light poles and fixtures based on age and material of its facilities, as well as member requests. SECO currently has over 28,000 decorative lights and poles. SECO Energy is a very customer-focused utility which has high expectations of all its various contracted services. SECO currently has services in the following counties: Lake, Sumter, Marion, and Citrus, Hernando, Levy and Pasco counties. |
