CR Number: 2086932 DASNY is soliciting bids for the roof replacement/restoration of the existing roof system at Building 45 at Rochester Psychiatric Center. Project scope includes, but is not limited to, asbestos abatement, full-depth replacement of all existing wet insulation areas (including single-ply roof system), removal of existing single-ply roof membrane and cover board and metal fascia, provide new built-up roof system and cover board (insulation to remain), new metal fascia and accessories. One General Construction Contract will be awarded with an estimated value of $2,585,000 - $2,850,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All individuals who plan to attend pre-bid meetings or bid openings in person will be required to complete and present a DASNY Visitor Covid-19 Screening Questionnaire, present government-issued picture identification to building security officials and obtain a visitors pass prior to attending the bid opening. The questionnaire and all instructions are located after Section 19.0 of the Information for Bidders. The bidder or its principals shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience in similar work and five (5) contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity to this Project completed or substantially completed within the last ten (10) years.
