THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS TO NOTIFIY THE PUBLIC THAT SOLICITATION W9127822R0016 WILL POST AT PIEE.EB.MIL on or around MID June 2023. W9127822R0016 - TWO PHASE DESIGN-BUILD AND CONSTRUCTION, INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACTS (MATOC) IN SUPPORT OF THE DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY (DHA) PROGRAM, PACIFIC REGION. THIS PROJECT IS ADVERTISED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS WITH A SMALL BUSINESS RESERVE THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 236220. This project will be a Firm-Fixed-Price MATOC to provide design-build, construction and repair in support of DHA Medical Facilities in the Pacific Region of the United States of America. The Mobile Regional Contracting Center proposes to utilize a diverse mix of contractors via Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs).. A detailed project description and overall project performance requirements will be included in the solicitation package. The intent of the design-build construction contracts are to provide quick response for performing repair and minor construction relating, but not limited, to the architectural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, security and safety areas of military healthcare and research laboratory facilities in a cost-effective manner. The following are the places of performance for the subject requirement: Pacific Region - Entire state of Hawaii, and U.S. Territories in the Pacific (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, the Republic of Palau, The Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands) Pacific MATOC, estimated value of this acquisition is a $99,000,000.00 capacity. There will be a site visit and pre-proposal conference during Phase Two. The site visit information will be included in the Phase Two solicitation (amendment) package.
