As a result of this solicitation, the Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation. The contract will be awarded based on lowest price that meets or exceeds the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), which is deemed responsible in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. 2.3. Thissolicitation isset-aside100%forsmallbusinesses. 3. NOTICE OF PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT: 3.1. A pre-proposal conference will be conducted on 29 June 2022 at 10:00 AM (EST) for the purposes of briefing on the requirements and answering questions regarding this solicitation. This conference will be held at the Civil Engineering Building 207 at the 105th Airlift Wing, Stewart ANGB, One Maguire Way, Newburgh, NY 12550-5075. Interested Contractors are highly encouraged to attend the pre-proposal conference. The site visit will be held following the conference. 3.2. Due to security conditions, all offerors must register to attend this conference and site visit.
