Integrated Electronic Security System Installation

The Contractor shall identify the scope of work, budget, schedule and next steps required from the City to design-build and install a fully functioning comprehensive security system that includes building access controls, intrusion alarm monitoring, surveillance camera systems and routine maintenance and repair, at the following City facilities: City Hall, Police Department, Field Operations Corporate Yard, City Municipal Parks, and Water Wells and Reservoir Facilities. The scope of work should be appropriate to meet the City's current security needs, yet flexible to expand if the City wishes at any of the facilities. The proposed security system will integrate the equipment and components at all locations and operate on a unified security platform. The City plans to award the contract in October 2022. All related construction/installation work shall be completed and operational by fourth quarter of 2023.
