Description

The Authority reserves the right to reject all proposals or any proposal that is nonresponsive or submitted by a nonresponsible Offeror. The Authority reserves the right to waive technicalities and informalities in the Request for Proposals and the proposals submitted. All proposals must be accompanied by adequate bid security (proposal bond, certified check, or letter of credit) drawn in favor of the Authority and in the amount of $10,000.00, which shall be subject to forfeiture as liquidated damages in the event that the proposal be accepted and the Offeror fails to promptly enter into the proposed contract with the Authority. The Douglasville – Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority (the “Authority”) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms for a Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) for the construction of the following projects to raise the Dog River Reservoir surface elevation from 760’ to 795.3’: Project A: Dam and Spillway Project B: Division I Main Intake and Pumping Station Division II Backup Intake and Pumping Station Division III Entrance Road Division IV Recreational Area Modifications
