Description

The Services to include, but not be limited to perform general repairs, emergency service and preventative maintenance of HVAC equipment at CYSC. A sample of the equipment is in Sample Equipment List. The equipment shall include, but not be limited to the following: a. AHUs b. FCUs c. VAVs d. MAUs e. Split Systems f. Any associated piping or duct work g. Steam Generation Heating Systems h. Industrial Pumps i. Game day and event services – the assigned individual will be required to assist MSA in addressing any HVAC tasks that may arise during the course of the event. The majority of assignments consist of equipment breakdown, temperature set point adjustments requiring attention and general checks of the systems. The need for these services will be determined on an as needed basis
