2023 Concrete Flatwork Replacement

Construction, Concrete/Formed/Flatwork/Foundation, Concrete Walkway, Concrete Pavement, Sawcutting/Sidewalk/Pavement, ADA Curb Ramps, Curbs, Concrete Pavement Removal, Concrete Repair The Project consists of Concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, Concrete sidewalk removal and replacement, ADA ramp removal and replacement, Concrete cross pan construction, asphalt pavement milling and overlay, full depth concrete pavement removal and replacement and Concrete Driveway replacement. Bid Bond: 5% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% Completion Date: Contractor shall complete the work in accordance with the contract documents between the dates of February 28, 2023 and July 28, 2023. City shall be notified of the start date a minimum of three weeks prior to the start date of construction. Parts of the Work shall be substantially or final completed on or before the following Milestone(s): 1. Milestone 1 - First Priority Areas. Replacements and restorations are required to be completed by May 5, 2023. The goal of this milestone is to have concrete replacement completed to allow for asphalt resurfacing of these streets in 2023 starting May 8, 2023. 2. Milestone 2 - Second Priority Areas. Replacements and restorations are required to be completed by July 28, 2023. 3. Milestone 3 - Restoration of Yards. Yards disrupted during construction must be restored within 14-week days of the disruption.
