Description

Booster Station: The major elements of work associated with the complete rehabilitation of the booster station including, but not limited to:-Demolition of existing systems-Electrical systems. o Including but not limited to new motor control center, cable, conduit, generator, automatic transfer switch, electrical service, panelboards and lighting.-Mechanical systems. o Including but not limited to exhaust fans, duct work, louvers, motorized dampers, and natural gas piping.-Process piping, valves, fittings, and appurtenances.-Building Improvements generally including the new door, fascia and soffit improvements, caulking, concrete equipment pads, repair brick and block.-Alternate No. 1 of the project includes: Demo existing soffit and fascia back to masonry. Provide new adhered EPDM roof and insulation.
