One Larkin Flooring Install

The scope of work includes but may not be limited to: 1. Removal and disposal of existing carpet in installation area(s); approximately 2,700 Square FT. 2. Installation of Shaw #0648V Solitude Luxury Resilient planks at designated area(s) – including any/all floor prep if necessary; approximately 2,700 Square FT. 3. Installation of cove base on walls at the designated area(s); approximately 510 Linear FT. 4. Installation of reducers at designated area(s); approximately 250 Linear FT. 5. Removal of all debris and workmanship required to complete this work must be included in your quote. 6. Material to install will be provided to the awarded contractor by Schools Facilities Management (Shaw #0648V Solitude Luxury planks, cove base, reducers and floor adhesives). 7. NYS Department of Labor PRC # 2021000029 (Prevailing Wage). 8. Contractor to provide insurance upon award (certificate of liability insurance, workers' compensation coverage proof, disability benefits coverage proof).
