| Description | The Montachusett Regional Transit Authority (MART) invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for: MART RFR 04.05.23 BUS STOP SIGN BULK PURCHASE, in accordance with the specifications in the RFP document. This project will take place at the Intermodal Center located at 840 North Main St., Leominster, MA 01453 (Delivery). Contractors are invited to obtain the RFP document, which outlines the instructions for responses, by accessing portal. Proposals received after the date and time specified will be considered late. MART reserves the right to accept or to reject any and/or all responses. The award under this solicitation is subject to funding regulations from the FTA and the Massachusetts DOT. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit responses; and no respondent will be subject to discrimination based on race, color, national origin, gender, age, or disability. The successful respondent will be required to comply with federal and state regulations. |
