| Description | The Town of Upton ("Town"), through its Select Board, seeks proposals from qualified individuals and firms to develop and manage a mixed-use development project of commercial, retail and residential uses within a five-parcel area encompassing approximately 1.5 acres in Upton Center. This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is being issued pursuant to the provisions of the Uniform Procurement Act, M.G.L. c. 30B, Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing (Email or hard copy) to Joseph Laydon, Town Manager, Upton Town Hall, Office of the Town Manager, Upton, MA 01568 or by email to jlaydon@uptonma.gov by Friday, October 28, 2022.
