HVAC Upgrades - Phase 1 - Agriculture Science

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the construction of a new third level mechanical room and the new head-end equipment package in the base bid of work. Bid alternate #1 to include the supple/return of new HVAC to the fourth building level, associated architectural work and new lighting. Bid alternate #2 to include decorative cladding of the new roof top mechanical unit, as specified. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required.
