J045--New HVAC Service Contract

Provide all labor, materials, supervision materials to change filters in 6 HVAC systems located in buildings 24 and 29. This is a 5-year contract with annual and semiannual filter change outs. Building 24 has 3 wings with mechanical rooms named A, B and C wings. A wing mechanical room is located off the loading dock. B and C wings mechanical rooms are on the corresponding wings 3rd floor. Building 29 also has 3 wings named A, B and C. Thisbuilding has a mechanical room centrally located on the second floor of A wing off the loading dock building entrance. Disposal of used filters shall be in VA provided dumpsters located by building 32
