Competitive proposals from qualified video surveillance system firms (hereinafter referred to as “Bidder or “Firm””) at the Denney Tower residential building located at 250 West Dougherty Street in Athens, Georgia.. Firms will provide video surveillance solutions for the building, its grounds and parking areas. Bidders will also provide plans to provide continuing maintenance and repair services for not less than five years following installation.
