Tennis Pro Shop

Contractor to operate a tennis pro shop (“Pro Shop”) at the Tennis Center. If selected, Contractor must: 1. Contractor shall maintain the Pro Shop in an open-to the-customers status whenever the Tennis Center is open. Contractor will have access to the facility at all times in order to maintain operations while the Tennis Center is open. 2. Contractor shall provide all merchandise for sale at the Pro Shop, including any training materials with respect to such merchandise. Contractor shall offer a variety of merchandise for sale in the Pro Shop. 3. Contractor shall monitor inventory for restocking on a regular basis. 4. Contractor shall cooperate with Owner in maintaining the Pro Shop in good condition, excepting all maintenance and repairs which are Owner’s responsibility. 5. The Contractor shall provide and maintain all point of sale (“POS”) equipment, hardware, software, etc. 6. Contractor shall establish and control the design of the interior of the Pro Shop. 7. Contractor will exclusively provide stringing services performed on or off facility through the Tennis Center. The stringing services shall be tournament quality stringing services. 8. Contractor shall provide insurance coverage for the merchandise contents of the Pro Shop. 9. If Contractor offers to compensate Macon-Bibb County by offering a Percentage Lease, Contractor must submit a full sales report to Macon-Bibb County monthly for each calendar month. 10. With respect to the performance of Contractor’s obligations, Contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal, State and local laws, rules, regulations, statutes or ordinances.
