Renovations to the two-story main lobby of University Hospital and adjacent areas on the first floor to accommodate a variety of services related to patients and visitors. These proposed services include general construction, hazardous materials abatement, sprinklers, fire alarm, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, and security for new and renovated spaces including: medical records release, radiology records release, parking services, financial counselors, patient relations / guest services and patient registration functions. The project area encompasses the main lobby, first floor west wing corridors, green elevator lobby, and main elevator lobby.
