Command Suite Wall Removal

Remove existing wall between the listed rooms, relocate electrical and communication ports, reinstall ceiling grid with new ceiling tile matching existing tiles, replace carpeting as necessary to create a finished open and continuous room/office space. Dispose of wall, carpet, tile and debris associated with this remodel. Remove/dispose of existing separation wall between rooms 139I an 139G. Create an open and continuous finished work space. Work will involve, drywall removal, demolition of wall structure, relocate electrical and communication ports/drops, abatement of asbestos containing materials associated with project, reinstall/ replace ceiling grid to tie both rooms together, complete all finish work as necessary to create a finished work space matching existing command suite finishes.
