Description

Proposals to select a Contractor to provide Design/Construction Management and General Contracting services for the design and renovation of the existing skatepark at 1600 East Hadley Avenue. Interested Respondents shall be able to demonstrate in their Proposals that they have the professional experience, expertise, and resources to complete the scope of work established in the contract documents within the established timeline. Proposals and any other information submitted by Respondents in response to this RFP shall become the property of the City of Las Cruces.
