RFP - Landscape Services and Repairs

The Mt. Diablo Unified School District is requesting submission of Request for Proposal (RFP), from qualified firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons, or professional organizations ("Firm(s)") for Landscape Services & Repairs. RFP documents and specifications may be reviewed and/or downloaded from the Mt. Diablo Unified School District Website go to Departments, Business Services, Purchasing/Warehouse, Non-Construc-tion RFPs. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California Contractor Licenses: C27. This is a formal request for RFPs, but is not an offer by the District to contract with any firm responding to this RFP. The District expects to select one or more firms that best meets the District's need to supply the landscape contractor services and repairs.' The District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in received submittals; to reject any submittals; and to negotiate contract terms with one or more respondent firms. The District retains the sole discretion to determine issues of compliance, and to whether a respondent is responsive, responsible and qualified. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
