Hawley Street and Washington Street Traffic Signal Replacement Project

Work site is located at the intersection of Hawley Street and Washington Street in the City of Binghamton. The project limits extend approximately 100 feet down each approach. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Replacement of the outdated traffic signal system, installation of pedestrian signals, upgrades to the sidewalk curb ramps, asphalt milling, asphalt paving, signing and pavement markings.
