Pre-Renovation Asbestos Assessments

Pre-Renovation Asbestos Assessments, and corresponding Summary Reports, approximately 100, Asbestos Air Monitoring Tests, and corresponding Summary Reports, approximately 50, are needed for Federal and State Housing Rehabilitation programs administered by Friends of the North Country, Inc. from August 1, 2022, to July 31, 2024, sites are located throughout Clinton and Franklin County. The service shall be priced on number of samples collected. Refer to the NYS HCR website for the particulars of this publicly funded program. Each Asbestos Assessment and Asbestos Air Monitoring Tests must be performed by a qualified licensed professional and all work shall comply with the NYS Department of Labor Licensing of Asbestos Inspection Specialists and Minimum Work Standards; Industrial Code Rule 56 (NYS ICR 56). Minority and Women- Owned businesses are encouraged to respond to this RFP.
