| Description | The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center is seeking qualifications from interested firms for the OSU East Hospital Dock Expansion project which is located at 181 Taylor Avenue Columbus, Ohio 43203. This project will include an expansion of the existing loading dock by approximately 6,000 sqft, adding 9 new bays, med gas manifolds space, cart storage, clean dock space, soiled dock space, an office, dedicated cardboard processing area, and revising the layout of the parking lot next to the new loading dock near Phale D Hale to the east of the new dock for 8 parking spaces. The selected firm will need to coordinate with the selected project team on the hospitals Bulk Oxygen System project which will be in the same vicinity as part of another project (start date to be determined). This project will require a significant amount of coordination with OSU East Hospital to keep the existing dock fully operational during construction |
