| Description | The Authority requires leased trash compactors and hauling services for five locations, at 2910 East 5th Street, 509 Thompson Lane, 414A Thompson Lane, 9315 Old McNeil Road, and 624 Pleasant Valley Road in Austin, Texas. The lease must include all installation, maintenance and repair of the trash compactor units. Units shall be kept in good operational condition. Units shall be repainted at least once a year. The Authority reserves the right to judge satisfactory condition. Repair response time shall be within 24 hours of notice unless an emergency exists.Related services such as roll-off containers and disposal services shall be provided as required by the Authority at the prices stated in the Schedule. | ||
