Description

Removal of all flooring, vinyl base and nosing within Classroom 125 and adjacent Storage Rooms. Existing concrete tiers to remain with second and third tier expanded to accommodate required depth for new fixed tables and loose seating. Fixed tables are within the Contractor’s Scope of Work and will require coordination with KI for product order, delivery and installation. Loose seating by Others. Each table run to receive a single, hard-wired power feed. Power to feed through tables via furniture conduit and power modules. Walls to be patched where necessary, typical. All walls, handrails and floors to receive new finishes. Existing ceiling, handrails, blinds, mechanical and audio-visual equipment to remain – protect during construction.
