Quote price to perform the following service at the Torrington Armory Building, 153 South Main St. Torrington, CT 06790 for the following: Project 1: Option A (One Coat): Recoat Gymnasium Floor– Annual Maintenance (consisting of approximately 10,430 sq. ft): Removal of all gum/tape from floor, covering all floor plates, grit screening with 100/120 grit screens, cleaning with waterless cleaner, and applying one coat of Dura Seal Gymthane VOC Compliant OilBased Polyurethane or Equivalent. Option B (Two Coats): Recoat Gymnasium Floor– Annual Maintenance (consisting of approximately 10,430 sq. ft): Removal of all gum/tape from floor, covering all floor plates, grit screening with 100/120 grit screens, cleaning with waterless cleaner, and applying one coat of Dura Seal Gymthane VOC Compliant OilBased Polyurethane or Equivalent, then light grit screening with maroon pads, cleaning with waterless cleaner, and applying second coat of gym finish. Project 2: Recoat Kitchen Wood Floor (One Coat) -Annual Maintenance (consisting of approximately 751 sq. ft): Removal of all gum/tape from floor, covering all floor plates, grit screening with 100/120 grit screen, cleaning with waterless cleaner, and applying one coat of Dura Seal Gymthane VOC Compliant OilBased Polyurethane or Equivalent.
