Description The Contractor must make available the following equipment in good working order along with properly trained, competent, equipment operators. The following equipment will be required of the contractor Under-bridge inspection crane (snooper) with 40' minimum horizontal reach, driver and operator. Manlift (JLG) with operator, maximum rated vertical reach to be between 50' and 60'. Bucket truck with operator, maximum rated vertical reach to be 35'. - Boat with off-board motor suitable to perform underwater probing inspections. - Rigging setup for free-climbing. Provide a Tool (equipment) Truck with generators, extension ladders etc. for structural access operations. Shadow vehicle per PennDOT Publication 213, as required. Traffic control including, but not limited to: warning signs, flags, cones, paddle boards, two-way radios and flaggers (per PennDOT Publication 213, as required).
