Pavement Rehabilitation Program - Village of Lincolnshire

As of December 15, 2023, per owner, an engineer has been identified. This was for engineering only and is a multi-year contract. Construction is bid out separately. The Village of Lincolnshire hereby solicits qualified and interested firms to submit statements of qualifications for the purpose of contracting with a qualified engineering firm to assist the Village of Lincolnshire in bid documents and construction management for its annual pavement rehabilitation program. It is the intent to solicit interest from those firms that are prequalified by the Illinois Department of Transportation to perform this type of work. The Village of Lincolnshire annually rehabilitates approximately 1-2 miles of subdivision streets in addition to the resurfacing of bike paths and parking lots for its parks. The successful consultant will prepare bid specifications for roadways, paths and parking lots determined by Village staff. Typically, this work will involve resurfacing, spot repairs to curb and gutters and drainage structures. Patching will be identified in the field using assumed quantities. The villages utilize a combination of Motor Fuel Tax funds and general funds to fund the construction work only. Engineering fees will be funded with local funds only.
